The CFFE work in partnership with the following organisations to offer a free unique recruitment service designed to improve job opportunities for the residents of Sheffield.

EOS Employment Solutions delivers the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) Work Programmes on behalf of Job Centre Plus via welfare-to-work contracts. This service is tailored specifically to members of the public who have been unemployed for a long period of time.

EOS provide an effective approach to reduce worklessness by helping and supporting individuals in a way that fits around their individual needs, aiding them in their move back into lasting employment.

EOS can offer individuals support with their search for a job, and help them find a job vacancy that matches their skills. EOS also offer individuals real work experience to develop their skills, and provide them with in-work support.

Serco┬┤s Work Programme is a UK Government initiative, part funded by the European Social Fund, which provides support to long-term unemployed individuals, regardless of the benefits they claim.

In June 2011, the Work Programme replaced most existing back-to-work programmes, including: New Deal; Flexible New Deal Phase 1; Pathways to Work; New Deal for Disabled People; and Employment Zones.

Serco delivers the Work Programme contracts on behalf of the DWP in South Yorkshire. Individuals eligible for the Work Programme are referred by Jobcentre Plus to a Serco Work Programme subcontractor for flexible, tailored support to help them back to work. Participation on the programme is mandatory for most customers, although some groups are able to volunteer.
